Our story
Founded on a frustration.
One & Done Roofing was founded in Rochester in 2014, after our founder watched too many neighbors call a second roofer to fix a first roofer's mistakes. He set out to build a company that would never be that first roofer.
The industry's race to 1-day completions creates rushed flashing, missed nails, and tarp-and-pray installations. We took the opposite approach: we add a day. We use that day to slow down, do every detail the right way, and walk every roof before we hand you the keys.
That's why we're called One & Done. You only need us once.
